Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your KAARYA dresses, but if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 4 days after delivering your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact and returned in our packaging bags.
• Exchanges are allowed for size (subject to product availability).
• Delivery will be done with in 5-7 business days.

How to initiate a return

1. Inform us at info@kaaryahg.com within 4 days of delivery with your order number, item details (photos of product), and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you can either:
• Ship the item back to us (shipping to be borne by the customer)
• Or request a pickup (where available, with a small fee)
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 working days.

Refunds

No refunds will be provided — instead, we will provide the coupon code on the email within 5 days once we receive the return item. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase. 

Cancellation Policy

If unfortunately, you want to cancel your order please do within 24 hours of placing the order 

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

No Cancellation after the product is shipped.
